Color Mixing at the Water Table
The children spent at least an hour in the sandbox today, developing coordination and imagination as they played creatively together. The only way I could convince them to leave the sandbox was for a picnic lunch

TUESDAY
Breakfast:
Oatmeal with Almond, Coconut and Raisins
Apple Slices
Concord Grape Juice (OG from Concentrate)
Lunch:
Lasagna with Spinach, Tofu and Mozzarella
Fresh Sugar Snap Peas (local from IFM)
Steamed Amaranth Greens (from Six Circles Farm) with Flax Oil and Soy Sauce
Snack:
Kashi Granola Bars
Strawberry Smoothie
